After Sales Support

Once your receive your products should you have a problem or require any further information we provide free support for all our clients, there is no time limit on this support and you can ask us as many questions as you like.

We understand that some of our clients are new to our climate control products and may have a few questions and queries after they receive their products, so we are happy to provide free after sales support.

If you haven’t used us before we will help you from the intial stages from product literature to choosing the right products for the right application with a site survey. We always happy to go that extra mile.
