• The conditioner does not work.

• No power.
• The plug has not been inserted.
• Too much water has collected
  inside the air conditioner.
• Timer is ON

• Wait.
• Plug in the conditioner.
• Drain the water off by removing the plug
• Call the Assistance
• Centre if this alarm occurs too often.
• Switch off the timer

• The conditioner works only for a short period.

• The temperature set is too close to ambient temperature.
• Suction of outside air is obstructed.

• Lower the temperature set.
• Remove the obstructions.
• Call the Service Centre.

• The conditioner works but does not refresh the room.

• Window open.

• Some source of heat is operating in the room (burner, lamps, etc.) or the room is crowded.

• The temperature set is too high.

• The air filter is clogged.

• The power of the conditioner is not suitable for ambient conditions or dimensions.

• Close the window.

• Eliminate sources of heat.

• Lower the temperature set.

• Clean the filter.

• The two green LEDs and the yellow LED on the control panel flash

• The room temperature probe is broken.

• Call the Assistance Centre.

• A green LED and a yellow LED flash on the control panel

• Condenser temperature probe failure.

• Call the Assistance Centre.

• A red LED and a yellow LED flash on the control panel.

• Excessive overheating of the condensing battery.
• Condensing fan fault.

• Eliminate any obstructions in the air inflow and outflow tubes outside the building.

• Call service centre to clean the inside of the conditioner

• Call the Assistance Centre.
